Congratulations to the 2024 graduating group of the Diploma of Leadership and Management from Windermere Child and Family Services, Wayss and Key Assets Australia, who celebrated the completion of their training recently.

The Centre is proud to deliver this nationally recognised diploma, which is an important part of the training we provide to the child and family services sector.  The Diploma is a practical hands-on course tailored to our section, providing critical tools needed by new and emerging leaders, and skills that existing managers can apply immediately to effectively develop and execute strategy and lead successful teams.

Our CEO, Deb Tsorbaris, says high-quality leadership and management are vital to the success of our organisations, the growth of our section and the experiences and outcomes of our clients.

“This graduating group is the result of three organisations coming together – Windermere, Wayss and Key Assets – to provide their emerging leaders with the skills needed in an ever-changing community services sector. It is the second time the Centre has delivered this course to Windermere and its partner organisations.”

“Congratulations to today’s Diploma recipients.  You should be so proud of your achievements, and we look forward to walking alongside you and learning from you, now and into the future,” she said.
