Pay Rate: $70,000 p/a pro rata, regulated super (11.5%), Tax Reducing Salary Packaging
Location: Hybrid – work from home and office Melbourne CBD

Position Summary
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Centre’s digital channels, including:
- Management and delivery of a social media strategy and calendar;
- Managing and delivering the Centre’s core newsletters and email announcements, and supporting project newsletters;
- Managing, monitoring and growing the Centre’s digital audiences;
- Supporting the communications team and projects as needed.
The role will involve working on sector-wide campaigns, media news cycles, and state and federal elections and budget cycles. Full training and support will be provided for anyone who does not have experience working on these types of campaigns.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience managing social media and email campaigns and planning, creating, and scheduling content in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You must have excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to work across teams to collate content in this role. You are proactive and driven and enjoy learning new skills in a supportive, flexible environment.
