Course Overview
Designed for staff who have supervisory responsibilities of teams in the Community Services sector, this
workshop aims to provide participants with the skills and tools to run constructive supervision sessions. It focuses
on a practice perspective which embeds evidence informed practices into a non-clinical supervision model.

- What is supervision? (components of supervision, effective/ineffective supervision, supervision contracts).
- Prioritising supervision.
- Evidence of informed supervision practices.
- Strategies for effective supervision.
- Documenting supervision.
- Supervision through a cultural lens.
