- Share good practice and engage in reflective discussions on family violence-related work.
- Increase awareness of the importance of multi-agency collaboration and practice.
This initiative will be invaluable for professionals at the practice level, including:
- Team Leaders
- Practice Leads
- Case Managers
- Case Workers and Practitioners
How The MARAM Community of Practice Works
Meetings will be held online bi-monthly via Microsoft Teams, allowing for flexibility and easy access. Sessions will typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the theme or activity. The Centre’s Information Sharing Project Officer will chair each meeting, ensuring a structured, informative, and interactive experience.
Participating in these sessions will allow you to engage with peers, learn from one another, and deepen your understanding of how to best address family violence within your role.
Whether you’re new to MARAM or looking to refine your practice, The MARAM Community of Practice will help you build the skills and confidence needed to contribute to a coordinated, effective response to family violence.
Get Involved
We invite all professionals working in roles addressing family violence to join the MARAM Community of Practice. By participating, you will improve your practice and contribute to a movement of professionals working together to create safer, more supportive environments for individuals and families affected by family violence.
